Refund and Cancellation
1. Selling Devices
- Cancellation: You can cancel your order before the device is picked up or shipped to us.
- Revised Offer: If your device’s condition does not match your description, we’ll send a revised offer. You can accept or decline it. If declined, the device will be returned free of charge.
2. Buying Devices
- Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving the product if it is defective or not as described.
- Returns: Devices must be returned in the original condition with all accessories. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
- Warranty Claims: If the product fails within the warranty period, we offer a repair or replacement based on our assessment.
3. Repair Services
- Cancellation: You can cancel your repair request before the device is picked up. If repair has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refunds: Refunds are not issued for completed repairs unless we fail to fix the issue as promised.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancel
