How do I sell my old device on Device4Cash?
Simply visit the “Sell Old Device” page, select your device model, answer a few questions about its condition, and you’ll receive an instant quote. If you’re happy with the offer, proceed to checkout or schedule a pickup.
What conditions do you accept for old devices?
We accept devices in various conditions including Like New, Good, Fair, and Broken. The final price will depend on the condition you select.
Do I need to include accessories when selling my device?
No, accessories are optional. However, including the original charger or box may increase your offer in some cases.
How do I get paid after selling my device?

Buying a Device
Are the devices sold on Device4Cash new or refurbished?
We offer both certified pre-owned and refurbished devices that are thoroughly tested and come with a limited warranty. All details mention on Tag.
Is there a warranty on the devices I buy?
Yes, all our devices come with a minimum 3-month warranty. 1-year warranty covers OEM screen repairs. However, physical damage, such as cracked screens or water damage, is not covered under the screen repair warranty. Please note that new SIM activations/ recharges and tempered glass/phone cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Can I return a device if I change my mind?
- We offer a 7-day return policy, no questions asked, if an issue arises with your purchase, you can utilize our warranty / return / exchange option within 30 days. Note regular returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Repairs
What devices do you repair?
We repair a wide range of electronics including smartphones, tablets, laptops mostly. Out of all we do other repairing according to requirement.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on the issue and parts availability.
Do you offer pickup and delivery for repairs?
Right now, we do only store service. According to store active hours you can schedule it while booking your repair.

Is my personal data safe when selling a device?
Yes, we recommend doing a factory data reset before selling your device. Our technicians also ensure complete data wiping during inspection specially buying or selling device.
